The room is approximately 1500 square feet. It is simple and tastefully decorated, and accommodates 110 guests. There is only stairs access to the Studio; 2 washrooms are also on this upper level. Please email [email protected] to set up an appointment to view our Studio.
We are pleased to allow you an hour prior to your event to decorate and set up displays to personalize your party. Tape and tacks are not permitted; we will provide chalk and bulletin boards as needed. Only battery operated flameless candles are permitted. The renter is required to remove all decorations after the event.
We are a full service restaurant/cafe and only rent out to catered events. For health and safety reasons, no outside food or drink is allowed.
Any damage costs incurred will be the responsibility of the renter. ie: wall damage, floor damage, window damage. Station 1 Coffeehouse is not responsible for lost or stolen property and items.
The event space can accommodate a band or DJ. A/V equipment can be provided at an additional charge subject to event requirements or needs.
A 50% deposit is required upon booking of event. The remainder is due on the day of event. Payments can be made by cash, VISA, Debit or Mastercard. A full refund of deposit less a 15% administration fee will be given within 30 days of cancellation. A 50% refund is given within 15-30 days of cancellation. No deposit refunded with less than 15 days notice. Final number of guests must be confirmed within 5 days of event. If bar sales are under $500, a bartending fee of $100 will be charged to the customer
