Rental Fees & Terms

Rental fees

  • $200 - 10-20 people
  • $300 - 25-45 people
  • $400 - 50-75 people
  • $500 - 80-100 people

Fees include event setup, cleanup, tables, chairs linens and the room rental for 5 hours. Additional time at a rate of $100 per hour.

Business Meeting Rental Fee

(Mon-Fri, 2-hour rental between 7am-5pm)

  • $100 - up to 20 people
  • $200 - 25-50 people

The Facility

The room is approximately 1500 square feet. It is simple and tastefully decorated and comfortably accommodates 110 guests.  View Photos of this space in our Gallery

Displaying and Decorations

We invite you to decorate, but no tape or thumbtacks are allowed on painted walls. An extra hour before your event is allotted for decorating. The renter must remove all decorations at the end of the event.

Damage Fees

Any damage costs incurred will be the responsibility of the renter. IE wall damage, floor damage, window damage.

A/V Equipment

The event space can accommodate a band or DJ. A/V equipment can be provided at an additional charge subject to event requirements or needs.

Payment of Fees & Cancellation

A 50% deposit is required upon booking of event. The remainder is due on the day of event. Payments can be made by cash, VISA, Debit or Mastercard. A full refund of deposit less a 15% administration fee will be given within 30 days of cancellation. A 50% refund is given within 15-30 days of cancellation. No deposit refunded with less than 15 days notice. Final number of guests must be confirmed within 5 days of event. $100 bartender fee for bar sales under $500.00.
